Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University. She additionally holds a Master’s of Science degree (with distinction) in Architectural Conservation from The University of Edinburgh.

Marina is an seasoned researcher, writer, and storyteller, with professional experience in creative, historical, curatorial and editorial work.
For more than three years, she worked in various capacities on the editorial team at Business of Home (New York), learning the ins-and-outs
of the business of interior design, interviewing independent makers and artisans, and running down the rabbit holes of home industry supply chains. Marina has also published articles on design history and architectural history.

Athletics
A seven-year varsity oarswoman, Marina’s rowing career is something that has been deeply formative for her character, work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
In 2014, Marina competed for the United States against Canada and Mexico in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
In 2015, she and her teammates won two national titles in the women’s lightweight 2x and 4+ at the USRowing Youth National Championships.
While a rower at Harvard, Marina was awarded varsity letters from both the Radcliffe Varsity Lightweight Crew and the Radcliffe Varsity Heavyweight Crew.
In 2016, Marina completed her first full marathon, running in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon in Columbus, Ohio. She finished with a time of 3:35:19.
