ARABELLA’S COCKTAIL SALON | THE HUNTINGTON HOTEL (SAN FRANCISCO, CA)

I was brought on by Highgate Hotels to provide creative and historical consulting for Arabella’s at The Huntington Hotel, a 25-seat jewel box of a cocktail salon nestled inside the historic hotel.

Working with the creative and food & beverage directors, I wrote the narrative components of the signature drink menu, basing each one on a real chapter of Arabella Huntington’s life.

At the end of the creative phase, I gave a talk, “Introducing Arabella Huntington,” to the F&B team leadership.
